Terms and Conditions - Wanderlust events 2026 (applicable to Wanderlust Itinerary series and Wanderlust 108 festival)

By registering and purchasing tickets to Wanderlust Romania events (Wanderlust Itinerary series and Wanderlust 108), each buyer assumes that the tickets once purchased cannot be returned and participation fee will not be refunded.
This policy also applies to installment payments.
If the buyer still has an installment to pay but wishes to cancel the registration, he/she can request the cancellation of second installment without the possibility of recovering the initially paid amount.
If a registration is not paid in full, the registration will be cancelled.

Tickets will be issued by email 5 days before the event.
Tickets can be transferred to other applicants without any additional cost.
The program may undergo changes including during the event. These changes will be communicated on social media networks and by the MC of the event (if they occur on the day of the event)
The organizer will send relevant emails about its events, including important information about the event you have registered for.
Event Organizer
The Wanderlust Itinerary events and Wanderlust 108 festival are organized by Kick Off Events SRL. Participation in the event implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Participant Eligibility
The event is open to individuals aged 18 or older at the time of the event. Minors may participate only if accompanied by an adult.
Ticket Purchase
Access to the event is based on a valid ticket purchased from official website romania.wanderlust.com. Tickets are non-refundable.
Access and Ticket Check
Upon entry, participants must present their ticket in electronic or printed format, along with a valid ID. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not meet these requirements.
Code of Conduct
Participants agree to follow the event's code of conduct and comply with instructions from the organizers.
Any aggressive, offensive, or dangerous behavior may result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.
Additional Classes & Workshops Reservations
Participants attending classes with limited capacity must reserve their spot at the time of registration. These classes are marked as premium and limited spots are available.
- Your spot is confirmed only upon registration.
- The general ticket includes access to main classes, while specific workshops can be attended if space allows and based on interest.
- If you do not select a spot during registration, you will not be able to add it later unless there is availability.
Equipment
Depending on each event, participants are responsible for bringing their own equipment for classes and activities (e.g., yoga mat), if not mentioned otherwise. The organizer may provide equipment to its events and in this case, it will be communicated beforehand on its social media channels.
Organizer Liability
The organizer is not liable for any loss or damage of personal goods or physical injuries suffered by participants during the event, except in cases of gross negligence by the organizer.
By agreeing to be part of Wanderlust events, every participant intrinsically declares a healthy condition and being capable of performing the classes they are attending to.
Photography and Video Recording
Participants consent to being photographed or filmed during the event. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes without any financial compensation to participants.
Pursuant to European Privacy Regulation No. 2016/679, the Organizer hereby inform all participants in the Event that they may be filmed, photographed, or recorded. Participants hereby consent to the Organizer, with the right to transfer such consent to third parties designated by the Organizer, to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and authorize the Organizer to use, exploit, and publish (with or without indicating their name, company name, or under a fictitious name), free of charge and for an indefinite period, any audiovisual recordings, photographs, illustrations, portraits, or images captured at or during any Event, in any form or medium, and in any manner, for any purpose (including publication in electronic format or on websites) and in connection with any product or service, or for any other lawful use as determined by the Organizer.
The Participant waives any and all rights to review or approve any use of his/her name and/or image and assigns to the Organizer, free of charge, the right to economic exploitation thereof.
Weather
In the event of unfavorable weather, the organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule or postpone the event. Please note that no refunds will be issued due to weather-related changes.
Health and Safety Policy
The organizer reserves the right to implement health and safety measures in accordance with local or national regulations (e.g., COVID-19 prevention measures). Participants are required to comply with these measures throughout the event.
Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, the organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event without the obligation to refund ticket purchases.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
The organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, with proper notification through official communication channels.
By attending the Wanderlust events, both Wanderlust Itinerary series and Wanderlust 108, participants agree to abide by all the above-mentioned terms and conditions.
